Payment Security and Fraud Monitoring Policy

This policy explains Changé controls for fraud, stolen-card risk, and abnormal transactions.

1. Payment Security Principles

We take payment security, account security, and transaction compliance seriously. Payments on Changé may be processed by Antom or other configured third-party payment service providers. Card numbers, payment account passwords, CVV, and payment security codes are usually collected and processed directly by the payment service provider.

Within the necessary scope, we process order, subscription, payment status, billing address, payment method type, risk control status, and necessary information returned by payment service providers to complete transactions, payment inquiries, reconciliation, fulfillment, risk control, refunds, dispute handling, and customer support.

2. Fraud and Stolen-Card Monitoring

We monitor fraud, stolen-card risk, account abuse, and abnormal transactions using system records, payment service provider results, account status, and order behavior.

3. 3DS and Strong Customer Authentication

For card transactions, payment security controls may use 3DS, strong customer authentication, risk scoring, and transaction verification capabilities provided by payment service providers, card schemes, and card issuers.

Whether 3DS or similar verification is triggered may depend on payment service provider configuration, card scheme rules, card issuer requirements, transaction region, amount, currency, risk score, and applicable regulatory requirements. If a payment service provider, card issuer, card scheme, or applicable law requires mandatory verification, we will follow the relevant requirements.

4. Abnormal Transaction Handling Process

When a transaction triggers risk rules, a payment service provider returns an abnormal result, or we receive stolen-card, fraud, chargeback, dispute, regulatory, or user complaint information, we may take the following measures.

5. User Responsibilities

You should safeguard your account, email verification codes, login devices, and payment instruments. You must not use stolen, forged, unauthorized, or unlawful payment methods to complete payments.

If you discover account takeover, unauthorized payment, or risk involving a card or payment account, please contact us as soon as possible and also contact the card issuer, wallet, or payment service provider.
